Stance Question

Hi. Me been playing snooker for around 6-7 yrs. I have been using a stance which i deem comfortable. Its actually holding the cue close to ur chest, coz i think that if the chest pressing down the cue, there is less chances of u having unnecessary cue movement since the cue is lock by the chest.
