Why WSC real 09 (XBOX360) not available for Asian region???

Marco Fu, Ding Junhui, Liang Wenbo, Liu Song, China Open, Shanghai Master .........
I cannot believe if Blade not plan to release this game for Asian console.

there are loads of games available in the east that are not released over here...chronotrigger, xenogears for example...
