tools skill on WII

I have 45 points in tools skill and i stil cannot use tools in match. Do you how many point needed ?

Your character will use the tool automatically ... if needed :)

The tools skill points will affect the pointer arrow ... when your character is using a tool.

The more your tool skill, the longer the arrow.

I thought they was something else because I have like 2 points on wsc 07 and they use them so I wondered if it was any different.
